Alicia and her team were really excellent all-around, beginning to end. We'd never had an insurance claim before and in the initial confusion and distress that we faced in the aftermath of the fire, Alicia was very responsive, understanding, clear and professional; she was clear and accurate in assessing the scope and extent of damage and the steps needed for mitigation. Her team was on -site very quickly for the cleanup which was done well and carefully and the subsequent follow-ups, costing and communications were all clear and reasonable. Our insurance provider (Co-operators) has been similarly excellent to work with and it is clear why Paul's Restoration is one of their preferred contractors. Many thanks to all.

We called Paul's Restorations at about 7 PM just as we were experiencing a sump pump overload with resulting water overflow into our finished basement. By 9 PM their crew was onsite mitigating the extent of the damage. Over the following several days they handled the resulting cleanup and repair both professionally and on a quality basis. We are very pleased with all aspects of their work.

Used Paul’s restorations for my house for a full bathroom overhaul and other touch up and they did a 5 star job. Super clean, well priced, organized and did it right with efficiency, no slacking by the workers whatsoever. Later on, had a car crash into my restaurant and they had us back up in no time. Lost very little time off my business because they were so fast and did an amazing job once again. Can’t recommend this company enough. Tried to keep the review short but I have so many good things to say. Keep up the good work!

When my condo building had a flood, I reached out to Paul's Restorations and they had their project manger (Shane) on site within 30 minutes to explain the entire process to me and coordinate an emergency crew (Tim & Sylvia) that showed up within the hour. This was a very difficult situation for me as the leak was in my bedroom but the crew made sure they covered everything up and left the unit very clean. Overall, very impressed with their response time and Tim and Sylvia's attention to detail during the clean up.
